They never answer the phone. They refuse to make dental appointments and only take walk ins and tell you to call at 0630-0700 but don’t answer the phone until 0700 and then say there isn’t availability and to call again tomorrow. The whole system is a mess.

Has to be the worst medical branch in the Navy. Customer service is abysmal. Dont even think about getting an appointment here. You'll wait months. Doctors and corpsman HATE doing their jobs here, you can sense it in the way they speak and their body language. Close this place down and send us out in town please 🙏

I am currently trying to talk to someone while I’m writing this. I call the appointment hotline because my doctor told me on 7/1 she was going to put in a referral for neurology but she never did and now I’m trying to fix this. I have been on hold with the appointment hotline for an hour. No one has answered the phone at all. Also while I’m writing the review I can’t get any labs done or any of my medication on base. They say I live in Jordan so they can’t see me or give me meds. Which is crazy because I haven’t even been to that country. I don’t know what got messed up but i can’t get any labs done and im having to get my meds off base which is fine expect that they charge me even though it’s not even my fault. All my information is correct everywhere else except those places. What the hell is going on!?!? Even when my husband has to go on base for his meds it takes hours even though he is there in line at 0700 with many others even though they don’t open until 0800. Their system is getting worse and worse

You don’t even have the correct phone number listed on your Google. When you call it, send you directly to aviation medicine, which then they give you a number that’s disconnected. The right number to schedule everything goes to a call taker then they give you the phone number to call the clinic, which is also disconnected. You need to update your phone numbers and make them available so people can call and not have to go in person to schedule an appointment for two months later..

Very poor customer service at the laboratory. I'm standing here typing this review. One technician laying across the desk sleeping. There was 5 of them just sitting around this little area. I had to give one star just to do a review. But I promise you it's a ZERO STAR for me.
